Software License (EULA)

This End User License Agreement covers the QuarterMaster software itself: the web app, its lessons, guides, formulas and designs. It works together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If they ever disagree, the Terms of Service win.

Your license

Black Mast Marketing gives you and the people your Company Admin invites a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QuarterMaster for your own business, for as long as your account is open and on the plan you have.

What we own

QuarterMaster, including its software, the Life Boat lessons, the guides, the scoring and forecasting methods, the designs, the name and the Black Mast Marketing brand, belongs to Black Mast Marketing. The license lets you use them. It does not transfer ownership.

What you own

Your company's numbers, notes and files belong to you. Reports you produce in QuarterMaster about your own business are yours to share.

What you may not do

• Copy, resell, rent or share access to QuarterMaster outside your company, except as an approved partner agency.
• Copy the lessons or guides into another product or course.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or try to get at the source code or other companies' information.
• Remove or hide the QuarterMaster or Black Mast Marketing names or notices.
• Use QuarterMaster to build a competing product.

Partner agencies

Agencies approved by Black Mast Marketing may resell QuarterMaster to their own clients under a separate partner agreement. Their clients use QuarterMaster under this license, with the partner agency as their point of contact.

Updates

We improve QuarterMaster over time. Features may be added, changed or retired. If we remove something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Ending the license

The license ends when your account closes or if you break this agreement. You can download your data before it ends.

No warranty

QuarterMaster is provided as it is. Its numbers and guidance depend on what you enter and connect, and we do not promise any particular result. The limits on liability in the Terms of Service apply here too.
